Q: Is my purchases secure?

A: Yes, all purchases are handled securely through the PayPal Portal which includes other credit cards that you use. No information will be shared to any 3rd parties.

Q: Will I receive my digital product right after I purchase it?

A: Yes, as soon as payment has processed you will receive the link to access your purchase.

Q: What if I purchase a Hypnotherapy Session, when will I receive it?

A: The order will be processed within 48 hours and you will either be contacted for the

appointment time or you will be prompted to schedule a time for your session.

Q: If I buy a Hypnotherapy session, is there a refund?

A: Unfortunately, due to the nature of this type of therapy there is no refund. You can email joy4balance@gmail.com Full refunds will need to go through an approval. You will have an answer by email within 24-48 hours of Joy4Balance receiving your email about a refund.

Q: If I purchase a physical product, is there a refund?

A: Yes, you have 30 days from the day that you purchased the product to send the product back and once the merchandised is received, you will be refunded at that time.

Q: What if I forget about my scheduled appointment?

A: There will be a missed appointment fee applied.
