Are you Transforming?

What messages are you sending out into the universe? How do you perceive yourself? Are you feeling anxious about something?


Many people today are seeking to improve their lives. If you're reading this, you're among them, and that's fantastic!


Do you feel like you've been striving for positive change, yet nothing seems different or positive? Begin by asking yourself the questions mentioned above and answer them truthfully. Get a journal and write down your thoughts. You might be surprised by some of the things you express and how negative language can be obstructive. Try the exercise below.


Exercise:


1. Purchase a journal; it doesn't have to be costly.

2. Write each of the questions above on a separate page.

3. Answer the questions honestly, including anything that comes to mind.

4. Review what you've written.

5. Identify any negative statements and on a separate page, transform those negatives into positives.


Example: "I don't like my job" vs. "I may not like my job, but I have the power to change it."


The more you practice this exercise, the more conscious you'll become of your words. Soon, you'll start correcting your language without even realizing it. Once you complete this simple exercise, you'll begin to notice positive changes in and around your life.
